• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and ability to perform cleaning duties of buildings and grounds

• Ability to be self directed, show initiative be dependable and assume responsibility

• Ability to report earlier to open building as needed

• Ability to move, receive and store building supplies and materials

• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions

• Ability to lift 50 to 60lbs

• Must obtain a low pressure black seal boiler within 1 year of hire date

• Experience working in a school setting preferred

• Experience working around elementary age students preferred

   

SALARY RANGE: $50,650 - $53,400
