• NJ Teacher of the Handicapped Certfication or Teacher of Students with Disabilties Certification
• Understanding of NJ Special Education regulations and IEP process
• Understatnding of how to deliver differentiated instruction to students on a variety of academic levels
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational, interpersonal and classroom management skills,
• Excellent technology skills
• Excellent academic credentials

• Experience with elementary age students
• Experience with in-class support setting
• Knowledge of development and implementation of classroom behavior management plans
