- Possess , or be eligible to obtain, a New Jersey DOE Certificate – Teacher of Legal Assisting (4157).
- Master's degree – preferred.
- Qualified to teach academically advanced students introductory college level courses in the following disciplines: Introduction to Law, Public Policy, Constitutional Law.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- New Jersey residency required within one (1) year of date of hire.
