- Accepts incoming mail, deliveries and packages, sorting and routing to appropriate recipients, including school/office supplies.
- Receives, screens and directs incoming phone calls, and maintains a reliable log of all calls received.
- Assists parents, staff and students when assigned to a school.
- Facilitates and directs parents, staff and students in regard to specific department and/or school issues.
- Processes regular and periodic confidential and evaluative typing of personnel performance assessments and correspondence.
- Processes regular and periodic confidential documentation for local, state and national reports as assigned.
- Compiles and maintains organizational database.
- Types, files and performs other related office tasks as assigned.
