JOB DESCRIPTION
 
 
TITLE:                         SUBSTITUTE SECRETARY
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
< >Possession of a High School Diploma.Basic computer proficiencies.Must be able to word process accurately at an acceptable rate of speed. Strong written, oral communication, public relations, and mathematical skills.Ability to work well with others, follows directions, and provide assistance with office management.Required criminal history check and proof of U.S. citizenship or resident alien status.Receives and routes incoming calls and correspondence.Performs usual office routines.Keyboards correspondence notices and reports.Maintains organization and filing systems. Operates all business machines necessary to complete reports and clerical work required in the operation of the office.Maintains confidentiality as required and appropriate.Maintains punctual attendance.Performs other tasks related to the efficient operation of the office and/or as may be assigned by building administrator.
