Must hold a certificate issued by Arizona State Department of Education.
The certificate position area must be in Substitute.
The certificate must be in one of the following grades: Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th.
The certificate status must be active.

Substitute teaching opportunities are regularly available Monday through Thursday in KUSD’s elementary, middle, and high schools. Substitute teachers who want to work limited assignments and maintain maximum flexibility earn $120/day or up to $480/week. Substitute teachers in 4-day a week, long-term assignments earn $150/day or $600/week.
Kingman is located in northwestern Arizona in the Hualapai Valley between the Cerbat and Hualapai Mountain ranges. Kingman is known as “The Heart of Historic Route 66” and is ideally situated between Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and the Grand Canyon. The school year for 2019-2020 is from July 24, 2019 through May 21, 2020.
