If you are looking to earn some extra money in a job that allows you to work as much or as little as you wish, consider becoming a Substitute Teacher for the Kingman Unified School District. You choose the days you want to work and the assignments you are interested in!

Substitute teaching opportunities are regularly available Monday through Thursday in KUSD’s elementary, middle, and high schools. Substitute teachers who want to work limited assignments and maintain maximum flexibility earn $120/day or up to $480/week. Substitute teachers in 4-day a week, long-term assignments earn $150/day or $600/week.

Kingman is located in northwestern Arizona in the Hualapai Valley between the Cerbat and Hualapai Mountain ranges. Kingman is known as “The Heart of Historic Route 66” and is ideally situated between Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and the Grand Canyon. The school year for 2019-2020 is from July 24, 2019 through May 21, 2020.
