POSITION:                           Water Exercise Instructor
 
LOCATION:                         CHARLOTTE PUBLIC SCHOOLS – AQUATIC CENTER
                                                           
ASSIGNMENT / RESPONSIBILITY:             Instructors are responsible for teaching their assigned classes while providing motivation, monitoring, education and appropriate modifications. Instructors should provide world-class customer service, help promote member retention and maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for participants.
 
 
QUALIFICATIONS:            High school graduate or an equivalent.  Group exercise certification required from an organization accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies, such as: ACE, AFAA, ACSM, AFPA, or NETA.  Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification.
