Regional Safe Schools Program Teacher

Middle School Teacher needed for Vermilion County Regional Safe Schools Program (RSSP).  ISBE PEL is preferred with an endorsement in any subject area at the secondary level.   RSSP provides students with multiple suspensions or an expulsion the opportunity to participate in online and teacher-led instruction to continue to gain credits toward high school graduation.  Applicants must have strong classroom management skills and strong skills in building rapport.  Position includes small staff to student ratio in a supportive work environment. Average class-size is 10-15 students!  A paraprofessional assists with classroom management. 

If an ISBE PEL is not available, candidates with a bachelor's degree will be considered.
