Permanent Substitute Thru PCMI/Willsub
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Carrollton Public Schools is seeking substitutes who are willing and able to work 5 days per week every week that school is in session thru the end of the school year. Substitutes must guarantee their availability 5 days per week for the entire school year.
REPORTS TO: Superintendent
COMPENSATION: $125 per day
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a minimum of 60 semester credit hours toward an undergraduate degree from an accredited United States 4 year College or University
- Must be a PCMI/WillSub employee
- Must have a minimum GPA of 2.0
- Must have an understanding of elementary school students
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds
- Must be flexible and able to work as part of a team
- Must receive a satisfactory response to P.A. 189 letter. (Misconduct Law)
- Must satisfactory pass:
- Law enforcement background check with fingerprinting
- Personal and professional reference background check

- An interest in working with students of various are groups
- Ability to create a positive learning atmosphere, focused on student involvement/interaction
- Ability to manage conflict and obtain positive results
- Professional demeanor and personal integrity
- Ability to demonstrate safe work habits and maintain a safe environment for students
- Must complete all required on-line training modules provided by Global Compliance Network (GCN)
- Ability to travel to various buildings within the district(s)
- Adherence to all PCMI policies and all school district policies/guidelines
