Description

The primary purpose of this position is to provide instructional leadership and support for enhancing the planning, delivery, and evaluation of Technology Education and Trade and Industrial programs. Essential Duties *Provides leadership and support to school site personnel that will ensure quality programs; *Assists in the selection and placement of instructional staff; *Provides for curriculum development, review, revision, and implementation; *Assists in the preparation of the Annual Financial Plan and the appropriate expenditure of funds; *Provides opportunities for and encourages participation in staff development consistent with identified needs; *Promotes strong participation in co-curriculum student and professional organizations; *Provides leadership and support to the Vocational/Technical Educational Foundation and the Business *Advisory Council; and, *Performs other duties as assigned.
