POSITION: Speech/Language Pathologist 1.0FTE
DESCRIPTION: The SLP will work as part of the building special education team and will serve students who are demonstrating a need within fluency disorders, voice disorders, articulation concerns and language disorders. The SLP may conduct small group or individual services that align with student goals and objective. Additionally, the SLP facilitates Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and Evaluation Report (ER) meetings and completes special education paperwork as determined by state and local due process requirements. SLP assignment will be determined based on caseload needs within the district. Caseload can range from birth-21.
QUALIFICATIONS: Valid MN Speech Language Pathologist Teaching license required. Candidates must hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC's) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association OR have the ability to obtain their CCC's through completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
LOCATION: Tri-City United School District Tri City United proudly serves the communities of Lonsdale, Montgomery and Le Center
STARTING DATE: School starts on or around September 4th, 2018, with new teacher workshop starting on or around Aug. 21st 2018
SALARY: Based on based on master agreement
REPORTS TO: Director of Special Education and Building Principal
