Description

POSITION:                             School Psychologist 1.0 FTE
                                                
DESCRIPTION:                     The Tri-City United School District is looking for a School Psychologist who is skilled in innovative practices such as Response to Intervention, Data-Based Decision-Making, and Intervention Development. Candidates must be skilled at consulting with school staff members in planning intervention strategies as well as school programs to meet the individual needs of students. Responsible for assessment/evaluation, staff and parent consultation, short term crisis intervention counseling, school and community relations, mediating and facilitating and maintaining school records. Candidates also must have competencies in school psychological testing and assessment, functional behavior assessments, and due process. 
 
QUALIFICATIONS:               Minnesota Department of Education license in School Psychology.
                                                
LOCATION:                           Tri-City United includes the communities of Lonsdale, Montgomery, and Le Center, MN. 
 
STARTING DATE:                 As soon as possible for the current 17-18 school year
                                             
SALARY:                                Based on the master agreement
REPORTS TO:                       Director of Special Services, Ms. Holle Spessard
