Job Title: Instrumental Music Teacher
Site of Initial Assignment: Green Middle School
Wage: Per the negotiated agreement
Reports to: Building Principal

Valid credential from the Ohio Department of Education
Qualifications
Meets all mandated health screening and licensure requirements
A record free of criminal violations that prohibit school employment

Must pass State and Federal background checks
