JOB OVERVIEW:
- The Midview Local School is looking for an educational paraprofessional to assist with the educational initiatives within the Midview Local Schools for one student during ESY for summer of 2026. The successful candidate should demonstrate dependability and flexibility. He/She must be able to react to interruptions and emerging priorities effectively, and must embody high ethical standards. The successful candidate should exhibit consistent, impartial and resourceful critical-thinking skills that align with the initiatives of the building administrator and district leadership. Behavioral management skills substantiated by training and work experience is beneficial. Duties may require agility, physical strength, and stamina to address the needs of students with problem behavior and/or students requiring physical assistance (e.g., mobility, transferring, positioning, etc.)
