Computer knowledge, experience working with computer hardware and software.
Ability to follow directions and work independently.
Qualifications/Experience -
Basic Computer Literacy – Familiarity with Windows and/or Google Chrome environments.
Communication Skills – Ability to follow directions and communicate clearly.
Attention to Detail – Accuracy when handling cables, equipment, and following inventory or configuration instructions.
Ability to Lift Equipment – Can move, carry, and unpack hardware like monitors, CPUs, etc. (20–50 lbs).
High School Diploma or Currently Enrolled Student – In high school or college, ideally with an interest in IT or related fields.
Skills/Experience -
Basic Troubleshooting Knowledge – Can plug in and test devices, connect to Wi-Fi, install basic software, or assist in device imaging.
Familiarity with IT Equipment – Experience handling Chromebooks, iPads, laptops, printers, and interactive displays.
Inventory/Data Entry – Comfortable using spreadsheets or inventory systems to track devices.
Interest in an IT Career – Motivated to learn more about the field.
Other Requirements -
Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
Must provide their own transportation.
