The applicant must hold a valid and current Missouri Elementary Administration Certification.
Job Requirements:
The Elementary School Assistant Principal will demonstrate the ability to support the Principal in developing and maintaining a positive culture among students, faculty, and the community. Their role will include assisting in providing leadership in the ongoing development, implementation, and improvement of the instructional program for 2nd through 4th grade. This individual will handle administrative duties including, but not limited to, teacher supervision, classified staff supervision, hiring of staff, student discipline, and instructional leadership. The RSES serves approximately 350 students.
The successful applicant will be offered an 11-month position for the 2026-27 school year with a competitive salary and additional benefits. The Reeds Spring School District operates on a four-day school week.
The Reeds Spring School District is located 30 minutes south of Springfield on beautiful Table Rock Lake and serves the communities of Reeds Spring, Branson West, Kimberling City, Cape Fair, and Indian Point.
