Staff Needed:  One (1) Instructional Aide, Kindergarten
   
Qualifications: 

• Appropriate New Jersey Instructional Aide Certification
• Knowledge Common Core Standards
• Effective instructional practices and strategies
• Ability to analyze and use data to drive instruction
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with staff, parents, and community.
• Must be computer literate and able to use interactive computer instructional software
• Excellent Class Management

• Meet such alternatives to above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable
• Pending budget availability
