Description
Position: Special Education Compliance Coordinator
This is a full time, 10 month "Teacher on Assignment" position that supports Special Education teachers by ensuring compliance with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and evaluations for PUSD-enrolled students, private school students, and voucher students. Responsibilities include overseeing best practices and deadlines to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation. Please see Job Description for more details.
*Annual Salary: $54,911 - $63,311 (Base pay + 301 Payment). PUSD bases salary placement on years of prior experience and level of education. See below for breakdown:

Requirements
- Valid Arizona teaching certificate
- A minimum of three (3) years successful teaching experience in a special education classroom
- Experience in providing training and support to staff
- Experience writing and/or monitoring IEPs?
- IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
