JOB ID: 4363 – Community Ed Recreation - Summit Ski Instructor – Part-time positions beginning 1/1/2025 - 04/1/2025.
Location: Community Education
Scheduled hours/days: Monday Evenings in the winter.
Qualifications: Must be 21 to apply. Must have proven ski ability. Evidence of successfully working with teens.
Pay Rate: $100.00/participant
Deadline: 4/1/2025 -- (08/6/2024) -- EOE Employment is contingent upon completion of a background check.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee student behaviors on bus to and from Welch Village, as well as at Welch Village, in the chalet and out on the slopes.
-Responsible for attendance and accounting of every student in each lesson.
-Assist in loading and unloading student equipment.
-Assist students in obtaining passes and rental equipment.
-Ensure that students are not skiing/boarding alone.
-Instruct students in proper skiing techniques and drills.
