Rate of pay per CEA contract
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Excellent leadership qualities.
2. Passion for developing youth both athletically and personally.
3. Experience supervising others is desired
4. Experience with coaching is desired
5. Past experience in bowling at competitive level.
6. Must be willing to dedicate Saturdays and afternoons during the season for meets/practices.
7. Must possess knowledge of MHSAA Bowling rules and regulations.
8. Must have High School Diploma.9. Must satisfactorily pass:
a. Law enforcement background check with fingerprinting.
b. Personal and business reference background check.

JOB DESCRIPTION:?
- Help players develop values and morals.
- Must teach fundamentals of the game.
- See and analyze players abilities and mistakes.
- Provide instruction to correct mistakes that hinder athletic development.
- Work with Athletic Director to maintain uniform and equipment inventory.
- Work with Athletic Director to develop and maintain a program wide budget.
- Manage and develop fundraising opportunities and goals.
- Stimulate sportsmanship.
- Develop good team spirit.
- Develop leadership characteristics.
- Manage teams for meets.
- Instill self-confidence in athletes.
- Adequately communicate with parents, players , and Athletic Director.Maintain adequate statistics.
- Report scores to Athletics Department and media.
- Meet all MHGSAA minimum requirements prior to set deadlines (CPR, Rules Meetings, CAP)*

COMPENSATION: The Boys and Girls Bowling Coach will be paid in accordance with the CEA contract "Appendix B" (see www.carrolltonpublicschools.org/Quick links/CEA Contract 2019-2022)
