Circle Academy has expanded into Vermilion County!  Apply now to join our administrative team.  We are seeking a Behavior Intervention Coordinator to provide leadership. behavior management, data analysis, and quality improvement insight. 
 
This position is responsible for creating and maintaining a safe and therapeutic school environment that promotes high quality Social & Emotional Learning (SEL).  The Coordinator will promote a positive school environment, focusing on behavior management, school safety and violence prevention, and will provide direct crisis intervention services to students as needed.    
 
Candidates must possess, at minimum, a bachelor’s degree, 5 years experience working with youth with severe emotional/behavioral challenges, and a valid Illinois driver’s license.  3 years of supervisory experience is preferred.  Prospective employees are required to submit to a pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check.
