POSITION VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Anticipated Opening for 2014-2015 School Year
 

After School Program Site Coordinator
Oversee the 21st Century Community Learning Center Site
 
Position Available  - McKinley Elementary
 
Duties may include but are not limited to:
Assist Program Coordinator & Administration with the design of the academic intervention, Family engagement & youth development programs
Recruit students for the program
Conduct home visits for participating students
Participate in the monthly Project Advisory Council Meetings
Recruit parents & students for Project Advisory Council membership
Assist Program Coordinator with coordination of service learning sites & projects
Assist Program Coordinator with organization of program setup and associated professional development
Oversee the data collection process at the site
Work with community agencies to secure resources, referrals and programs for parents
Assist Program Coordinator in conducting meetings with program staff
Conduct evaluations of program staff
Conduct special events such as Family gathering nights
Coordinate and attend off campus learning events such as field trips and college visits
 
Other responsibilities as assigned
 
12 Hours per week - approximate hours 3:00-5:15 p.m., plus weekend and summer projects as identified January 5, 2015 - June 13, 2015
 
Salary: Contracted Salary based on grant requirements
