We are seeking Account Associate for our Maumee Office to document and fulfill absence requests for our school districts. While we are seeking highly qualified candidates, we are also looking for the character traits that align with our fundamental principles and values that we believe are important in serving school systems, candidates for employment, our own internal service team and the communities in which we serve. This is an entry level position and offers opportunities for advancement. 


Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with administrative staff in assigned districts.  
  • Regular and consistent communication with school secretaries and principals regarding unfilled absences through email and phone calls
  • Tracking of all communication between the service associate and their districts
  • Handling all of the needs and concerns of the districts assigned to the service associate, including identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Work closely with district/regional substitutes for schedule management
  • Work closely and daily with evening Supervisor for high demand/volume needs and other areas that require close communication for best possible outcome
  • Responsible for notifying Human Resources of any high unfilled days a district is having and/or any sub shortage trends that are tracked on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Collaborate and work closely with HR Associates on job order requests, start dates and status of placements
  • Staying  in contact with HR regarding a districts pipeline and what solutions are coming
  • Work closely with Supervisor on areas for improvement for our work and service, including implementing and developing new ideas and processes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, relevant experience will be considered.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and adapt to changing situations.

  • Monday - Friday from 6:00am - 3:00pm
