Special Education Paraprofessionals

Special education paraprofessional positions open through Woodford County Special Education Association.  Positions are part-time only.  Responsibilities may include assiting students with a variety of needs:  classroom instruction, behavior, social skills, communication, lunch or recess, exercises for motor skills, or heath/self care.

WCSEA programs are located in various Woodford County Schools.  We staff and oversee specialized programs for students including ATLAS (Autism program), STARS (Emotional/Behavioral needs), and Life Skills (cognitive/physical needs).  

Sick/personal days, professional development offered - no health benefits.  

Minimum credential - IL Paraprofessional Licensure.  Related experience and training is preferred.
