Description

Lorain County JVS is a public high school that provides career-technical training and academic courses for high school students grades 9-12.  In addition the Adult Career Center offers training and educational opportunities for adults.

DESCRIPTION:

School Bus Drivers needed to do occasional day trips for students

EXCELLENT job for retired or call-in drivers

Hours driver needs to be available 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

STARTING DATE:

As needed for trips, upon verification all requirements for the position are met

                                                           

SALARY:

$14.71 per hour

REPORTS TO:

Principal

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

A valid Ohio Bus Driver's License

Current Driving Abstract – Excellent driving record

Current Physical Examination (includes drug screen)

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

Willingness to take trips on short notice                     

Knowledge of roads and highways in Northeast Ohio

Willingness to work with high school students

Ability to be assertive in enforcing behavior expectations
