THUNDERBIRD PREPARATORY ACADEMY
JOB TITLE: AFTER SCHOOL TEACHER
Thunderbird Preparatory Academy is a tuition-free public charter school located in Cornelius, NC. In 2016/2017, we will be serving grades K-6. Our focus is to provide whole-student development utilizing the following education practices: Strengths and leadership based development and the Core Knowledge curriculum. We are currently seeking an After School teacher to join our team!
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The After School teacher is responsible for instructng K/1, 2/3, 4/5 or 6th grade children in lessons and activities designed to promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
REQUIRED EDUCATION: High school or equivalent

Monday 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Tuesday - Friday 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Additional hours required on teacher workdays
Pay: $10/hour
