Description

Job Description:
• The primary responsibility of the speech/language pathologist is to deliver speech/language services as mandated on student IEP‘s in accordance with the Illinois State Board of Education requirements
• Provide speech and language services to district students eligible for speech and language services
• Develop, in collaboration with team members, appropriate IEP goals based on formal and informal assessment results
• Submit quarterly progress reports
• Update quarterly benchmarks related to IEP goals at designated times
• Establish and maintain a consistent form of communication with the parents/guardians of students as needed on caseload throughout the school year
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
• Bilingual (Spanish) required

Endorsements:
 • Endorsement or approval in Speech and Language Pathology
 • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

Salary/Benefits:
Per negotiated agreement
