Substitute Nurse K-12

A substitute nurse is available to provide medical care as needed to students, staff and visitors on site.  Medical care may include routine care for students with chronic health conditions, health screenings, general first aid and first responder to emergency situations within the school community. 

Qualifications:

• Must hold current RN license from State of CT (copy required)
• Strong communication skills
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Strong ethical standards

• Daily rate of pay $180 for 4 hours or more
• $24 per hour for less than 4 hours

• Submit online application
• Complete appointment visit with Central Office staff to review background check policies and procedures (includes fingerprinting process)
