Maine Virtual Academy is a Maine Public Charter School that serves students in grades 7-12 throughout the State of Maine. Our office and teaching location is in Augusta, Maine and students attend virtually. We have live connect classroom sessions weekly for each class and offer small group sessions 1-2 times per week per class as well. We are in need of of an Ed Tech III with a bachelors degree to assist in teaching foundations science and foundations history to special education students. Applicants must be very comfortable and skilled with utilizing technology. We offer an excellent benefit package incuding medical insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, and short term and long term disability insurance. Our employees participate in the Maine State retirement plan. Applicants must be able to get a CHRC certificatation from the State of Maine and to be able to obtain an Ed. Tech. III certification.
