Description

CTE Assistant - Part Time

Summary
: Assures smooth and efficient operation of the CTE Department and enhances the productivity and efficiency of the administration by performing the following duties.                                                    
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
 

  • Gather, calculate, and interpret CTE data
  • Write reports
  • Supervise Student Store (during lunch)
  • Answer Phones
  • Schedule transportation
  • Prepare and maintain CTE inventory system
  • Assist in CTE functions
  • Assist with CTE Programs as needed
  • All other duties assigned to benefit the CTE Department

Education and/or Experience            
High School Diploma or GED, Former CTE completer and/or experience of CTE preferred
 
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Valid AZ driver’s license 
 
Working Environment The usual and customary methods of performing the job’s functions require the following physical demands; the employee is frequently required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.  The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
 
Terms of Employment 
  • Salary based on column D of the approved Classified Salary schedule as established by the Governing Board.
  • Part time, 20 hrs. per week
  • No benefits for part time positions.
 
Clearances
  • Criminal Justice/Fingerprint Clearance
  • Measles/Mumps/Rubella Immunity/Vaccination
  • Valid I-9 form
