Eden Prairie School District is seeking applicants for Reserve Teachers that are fluent Spanish speakers.  An effective reserve teacher plays an important role in the education of our students. We will continue to provide high quality education when you provide good instruction in the absence of the regular teacher. Whenever a reserve is teaching in our schools, you are working with the community’s most valuable assets-our students. Eden Prairie is a school district with over 1,400 employees serving approximately 9,000 students. The district is recognized for its quality initiatives and its leadership in educational programming.  
Position requirements:

  • A valid current Minnesota teaching license is required to be a Reserve teacher . This license permits you to substitute in grades K-12.
Or
  • A four year college degree which would make an applicant eligible to apply for a short call/limited teaching license wtih the Minnesota Department of Education.
 
Salary: $62.50 for a half day assignment; $125.00 for a full day assignment.
