Season Dates:  November 1, 2017 - March 15, 2018

Duties:  Responsibilities include oversight of all aspects of the Spring Lake Park Wrestling Program including but not limited to setting up practices, meets, and schedules for the program; supervision of athletes at practices and competitions.; care and maintenance of program equipment; arranging team transportation; working with booster club and regular meetings with other coaches to evaluate goals of the overall  program.  Must be able to adjust work schedule for practices and competitions.   

Preferences:  A BA/BS Degree and MN Teacher License with coaching certificate OR equivalent and previous experience working with high school age students. Previous experience as a player and/or coach.

Qualifications:   A strong background in club, high school, and/or collegiate wrestling competition as a player and or coach is required.  Strong work ethic and dedication to furthering the benefits of participation in co-curricular activities.  Leadership skills including but not limited to organization, vision, motivation, and conflict resolution.  Ability to work with student athletes, parents, staff, and community.   

Salary:  Compensation in accordance with Schedule C
