Description

Skills Needed:
Ability to establish and maintain standards of behavior, ability to problem solve, ability to work independently and with a team, ability to establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with staff, students, and parents.
Specific Tasks:
Open the building, if needed, for community use of the schools.
Greet community users who are using the facilities.
Lock and unlock doors and spaces as needed and authorized by permit.
Problem-solve issues with permits and user needs.
Provide customer service, greeting guests and providing directions to scheduled events and locations.
Help find reserved equipment for users if needed.
Monitor the activities of people who come into the building to ensure users are where they should be and are following District policies and procedures.
Monitor behavior in the buildings.
Hours per Day:
Varies, depends on the program being overseen
$12.98-$14.61/hour, based on prior experience
