Description
Requirements:
Masters Degree and a BCaBA, BCBA or BCBA-D credential
-Superb time management and professional skills. Ability to complete wellness checks before any scheduled appointments and adhere to PPE and safety protocols
-Ability to learn and utilize technology and systems used by Mau Loa Learning
-Experience conducting skill and behavioral assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, PEAK, AFLS, etc.
-A reliable form of transportation with proof of auto insurance and be willing to commute up to at least 30 miles
-Must pass a criminal background check
-Love for supervision and staff training. You will need to perform initial assessments, behavior plan updates, program setup and monitoring, parent/staff/professional training, direct service support, etc to clients with different funding sources and procedures (ex. DOE, insurance).
-Passion to make meaningful contributions to others’ lives through their dedication and application of socially valid and ethical Applied Behavior Analytic services.
