Teacher of Health Fitness
Description: *Work with high school students on projects related to topics such as: sports related injuries, injury prevention, anatomy and physiology, biomechanics and nutrition *Educate and supervise students based on NJ curriculum guidelines and standards within the Health Fitness subject area
Qualifications: *Bachelor's degree or higher from accredited college/university *NJ CTE teaching certificate in Health Fitness *NJ Athletic Trainer License issued by the NJ Athletic Training Advisory Committee *Training and/or familiarity with kinesiology, nutritition, biomechanics, or related areas preferred *Professional experience in the fields of sports medicine and/or exercise science preferred *CPR certification preferred *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills *Must be creative and energetic
Starting Salary Range: $57,014.-$59,064.
