Head Boy’s and Girl’s Cross Country Coach

NRHEG Schools in New Richland, MN is seeking a Head Boy’s and Girl’s Cross Country Coach.  This individual will lead and direct all aspects of the 7-12 cross country program. 

Qualified candidates must carry appropriate licensure and have a willingness to be involved in the NRHEG school culture and community.  Coaching experience is preferred but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·     Coach the boy’s and girl’s varsity and junior varsity cross country athletes

·     Design practices

·     Set practice schedules

·     Supervision of athletes involved in the program

·     Oversee the development of all levels grades 7-12

·     Practice and carry out rules and procedures as defined by the NRHEG District and the MSHSL.
