Board Certified Behavior Analyst (#323137)
1. Developing and implementing district-wide, ongoing training for appropriate staff in the area of positive behavioral supports and behavior analysis.
2. Participating in a variety of meetings, workshops/trainings for the purpose of supporting and/or gathering information required to remain knowledgeable with district and program guidelines and vision. Participating in IEP meetings, as necessary.
3. Effectively balancing the role of district-wide training in behavior analysis and positive behavioral supports with the provision of more specialized consultation on a case-by-case basis.
4. Providing technical training to program staff (site administration, special education teachers, general education teachers, paraprofessionals, etc.) regarding specialized instructional methods and best practices from a recognized research base.
