Description

Williston Public School District #1, Williston,  North Dakota, is currently accepting applications for the following position for the 2017-2018 school year:

  Choices Teacher; Full Time

SUMMARY OF POSITION: Supervise and tutor students assigned to In-School Suspension (ISS) due to behavioral issues.

Duties also include heightening each student’s awareness of the negative consequences of his/her own behavior;provide environment in which class assignments are to be completed; take attendance; creating and maintaining student files and records; monitoring school detention; and requesting student assignments from teachers.

Advisor and coaching opportunities are available. 

 

Qualifications:  Valid 7- 12 North Dakota teaching certificate.
