$66,545 - $95,287

Broward County Public Schools’ (BCPS) Information & Technology Department is seeking dynamic individuals who will commit to using their technology and leadership abilities to research, design, implement, monitor, and manage information technology solutions to improve student achievement and operational efficiencies, while realizing the department’s Vision of “Technology, enabling learning for all – any time, any place”.   

 

We are currently seeking a Process Analyst, Payroll, with SAP experience to support the Cross-Application Time Sheet (CATS) and Time Management modules. Primary responsibilities will include: * Create, configure, maintain and update holiday calendars, generate and maintain work schedules, maintain system tables as related to payroll/time management, and provide support for all aspects of time configuration, including CATS, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Workbench, quota configuration, time transfer, time evaluation, and time rules/schemas.  * Analyze, test and implement new releases, patches, and maintenance for SAP payroll (Time Management) modules.  * Maintain/enhance the SAP system to efficiently and effectively support work practices, District policies, legal and fiscal/budget requirements, administration of collective bargaining agreements, and personnel administration.  * Identify, analyze, and resolve work process issues, and document system user’s needs and problems through Remedy tickets and/or remotely using LANDesk software.  * Communicate to end users and super users (through print, face-to-face, or online presentations) the roll out strategies, processes and/or system changes for time management. 

This position is supervised by the Business System Manager, Payroll.
