Secondary Science Teacher
Must hold a license issued by North Dakota Education Standards and Practices Board.
The license position area must be in one of the following areas: Biology/Life Science, Chemistry, Earth Science, Environmental Science, Physics, Science (General), Space Science.
The license must be in one of the following grades: 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th.
The license status must be active or about to graduate from a state-approved teacher preparation program.
Knowledge and skills in effective learning styles and strategies, performance based assessment, effective instructional methods, communications, learning methods (cooperative learning; experiential learning; active learning; other) and school climate development preferred. To facilitate and engage students in their learning. Provide students with a safe non-judgmental environment to ensure lifelong learning.
