Principal/Academic Director position at Utah Military Academy - Camp Williams campus (Lehi) open for the 2021-22 school year: Primary responsibilities include day-to-day management of all academic and operational aspects of the campus including, but not limited to observing, evaluating, and developing teachers, communicating regularly in person and/or virtually with parents, working with leadership team to assure compliance with school policies and state law, especially the Director of Finance/HR to help develop and stay within the budget, and with System Leadership team to develop appropriate relationships of trust with teachers, support staff, surrounding community, families, and especially cadets which increase the potential for truly relevant and rigorous learning. Develop and maintain a strong collaborative approach between Hill Field leadership and Camp Williams leadership. Be committed to developing an engaging learning culture.
