    Ed Tech III – Library/ Technology K-5

  • Collaboratively work with library media specialist, to implement information literacy and technology skills for students in grades K-2;
  • Work independently to teach integrated information literacy and technology skills for students in grades 3-5;
  • Work to create an appreciation of literature by offering reader’s advisory, book talks, etc.;
  • Serve as a library assistant and support the daily operations of the school library and volunteers;
  • Provide delivery of weekly library time for all classes;
  • Recommend, catalog, process, circulate, maintain and repair library materials, which are appropriate to the ability and interest of students;
  • Support digital citizenship and have a strong knowledge of various computer operating systems;
  • Act as a resource for the school staff in matters of technology, library services and information literacy.
