JOB DUTIES:    
Basic office duties including:

  • Answering phones
  • Faxing documents
  • Photocopying
  • Filing
  • Greeting staff, students and the public
  • Checking out library books
  • Reshelving library books
  • Assisting sick/injured students

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to interact positively with students and staff
  • Experience dealing with children of all ability levels
  • Knowledge of office equipment

SALARY:       
Receptionist..........................................................................$13.00
Media Secretary/Attendance/Guidance Secretary II.............$13.72


REQUIREMENTS:
  • Complete online application

  • Complete Virtual Substitute Orientation (will be email upon submission of application)
  • Complete Criminal Background Check (CBC) by clicking here

    • The CBC fee is $28.00 (Out state searches subject to additional fees per state requirements and will be billed separately).
    • NOTE: Candidates must pass a criminal background check in order to be eligible for employment.
