 CLERICAL ASSISTANT    JAMES FALLON/ APT
  
QUALIFICATIONS:  Strong interpersonal and communication skills, willingness
                                  to assist everyone who enters the office.
                                  Working knowledge of MS Word for Windows, and E-Mail
                                  Perform all other duties as assigned by the Principal
                                  Must be able to maintain confidentiality
 
                                 Position would be during Lunch hours 11:00-1:30.
                                 Clerical experience, and experience with children preferred.

SUPERVISOR:        Principal
 
JOB GOAL:             To help maintain a positive, productive and safe school environment
                                 by assisting the Staff, students, parents, and Administration as needed.
                                                     
 
SCHEDULE:            Two hours per day as determined by the building Principal.
 
 
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

  1. Answer the telephone
  2. Answer the doorbell
  3. Welcome/Interact with parents in the office
  4. Process work orders and purchase orders
  5. Locate students – i.e. Early Dismissal, etc.
  6. Make calls for students
  7. Get messages to staff (phone, written, intercom)
  8. Makes copies for staff and students
  9. Locate forms for students
  10. Direct student questions, (i.e. where to put responses to PTO flyers, etc.)
  11. File folders, etc.
  12. Open mail
  13. Keep tract of permit file, incoming notes, etc.
  14. Type memos etc. as needed
  15. Complete forms (register changes, Staff attendance, etc.)
  16. Any additional work the Principal requires
