Brief Description / Position Summary:
Performs routine office tasks as needed
Receive, sort and distribute mail
Duplicate materials
Maintain office equipment
Use routine computer applications
Additional duties as assigned


Qualfications / Skills:
Basic knowledge of office equipment (i.e. copiers, mail machines, etc.)
Ability to prioritize and meet duplicating demands
Congenial Personality
Ability to work well independently
Basic computer skills
