Farmington Public Schools is looking for daily substitutes for our schools! 

Daily substitute pay rates are as follows:

                   New Substitutes                         -                 $90

                   After One Year of Experience             -        $94

                   After Two Years of Experience           -        $99 (or if certified as a teacher by the State of CT)

 

Farmington uses the online substitute placement system called AESOP.  Sub assignments may be obtained via the telephone or the internet.

 

Application Procedure:

Apply online at www.fpsct.org/district and submit 2 letters of reference, and a copy of Bachelor degree transcripts

Applicants approved as substitutes must be fingerprinted within 30 days of approval.

Selection Procedure: All materials must be submitted for a substitute applicaiton before a candidate is contacted for a daily sub interview.
