Heights High School Liaison for Parents and Community

Description: Under the general supervision of the Supervisor of Communications, this part-time employee will be the main point of contact for prospective Heights High students and their families and regularly communicates important information to current families. The Liaison also helps maintain connections with community members.
Job Summary: 15-20 hours/week, Monday - Friday
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and/or 3-5 years working in a communications-related field. Ability to establish working relationships with co-workers and function as part of a cohesive team. Effective organizational planning and management skills, good interpersonal skills; physical ability to perform all of the essential functions of the job.
Preferred Qualifications: Anticipates time constraints and manages tasks efficiently to meet deadlines. Genuinely enjoys speaking with high school students and hearing their perspectives. Comfortable learning the layout of a recently renovated high school and giving walking tours to potential families and other guests.
