Substitute Cooks for 2020/2021 School Year

RANGE OF PAY: $12.19
WORK HOURS: Part time (3-5 hours depending on assignment)
CLASSIFICATION: At will / Substitute
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare and maintain food service as directed. Serve food to students, staff and visiting parents in an efficient and pleasant manner. Maintain cleanliness and functional operation of equipment. Perform cooking duties with the cooperation of other kitchen workers. Assist with the clean up of kitchen equipment, counters, walls, floors, dishes, utensils, and other items as assigned by supervisor.
SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS: HS diploma or GED, ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, basic math skills, prior food service experience helpful. Must have the ability to interact well with students and staff and to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision. Lifting up to 50 pounds and the ability to stand for lengthy periods of time are required.
