Horticulture Teacher - DYS Western Region
The Collaborative for Educational Services (CES) is looking for an innovative Horticulture Instructor to provide direct instruction to youth assigned to the Department of Youth Services (DYS) in schools throughout Western Massachusetts for the 2020 – 2021 academic year. Our ideal candidate will possess a knowledge of greenhouse and garden management, an understanding of business and marketing concepts, and work well individually and collegially as a member of our DYS team. Classes are small and personalized with a focus on college and career ready success. We are a supportive team who offer teachers growth through coaching and continued professional development. Successful candidates may be eligible for the teacher loan forgiveness program for up to $17,500.
