Teaching Coordinator - DYS Western Region
The Collaborative for Educational Services (CES) is seeking a Teaching Coordinator to provide program administration and direct educational instruction to youth assigned to the Department of Youth Services (DYS) in the western part of the state (Westfield, MA). We are looking for an innovative and creative school leader and math classroom teacher, who is committed to working with youth who have been placed at risk. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, and a current Massachusetts teaching license in math at the secondary level (8-12). We are a supportive team who offer teachers growth through coaching and continued professional development. Successful candidates may be eligible for the teacher loan forgiveness programs. Teachers in DYS schools are part of the Massachusetts Teachers' Retirement System.
